We are seeking hard working , team oriented and positive individuals for labor positions in our company.

We are looking to be able to continue training and growing the individuals that we bring on to our team. We will train in field, we will train via certifications, and we will also train via classroom

We are very competitive with pay, we offer 401K options with match and we also offer health insurance benefits after 90 days. We do pay overtime after 40 hours.

Please read the bullet points below as we are looking for these to be must-haves and non-negotiable:

1. Have a valid driver's license and be able to be added to our vehicle insurance to drive our vehicles

2. Be able to work rotating weekend shifts of on call as needed

3. Understand that we are a 24/7 emergency service company which means if there is an emergency you may have to stay to finish work and establish a working condition for our client. We do not work bankers hours here. We are the lifeline for our customers in restoring service for them and when the time calls for it, we will stay until we are able to do this for the homeowner.

4. Be organized , follow instructions and follow OSHA regulations when out in the field

5. Have great communication skills with your supervisor

6. Have great attendence and no tardiness issues

7. Opportunities to be promoted to different positions in the company after developing a transition plan with supervisor.

8. If drugs are in your life or if drugs are your lifestyle, this is not the position for you. You are responsible for your team and we are not interested in bringing on individuals that could cause an individual to get severely hurt. We do do a random drug tests

Be able to operate an excavator is a plus.

You must be in good physical shape for this position .
