We are a plumbing company that is seeking someone that
* Can assist in managing an office while keeping excellent communication with their immediate supervisor or owner
* Can hold staff accountable while sustaining a welcoming work environment
* Can follow directions of immediate supervisor to reach goals for company's growth
*Can come up with solutions
*Can work rotating shifts as needed which may require some rotating weekends if needed.
*Can keep open communication with activity and concerns in company with supervisor
*Can take customer calls , book calls , dispatch technicians and other office duties assigned.
*Can help promote high morale in company In partnership with supervisor
*Can commit to being on time and not having attendance issues.
*Can assist in the organization of the office as well as assuring protocols are being followed
No experience necessary but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude is required.
