Our growing company is seeking another field specialist . This job entails our field specialist to stop by a client's home that has an emergency and needs a field specialist vs a drain technician to take over the job and offer solutions to fix the problem and prevent it from happening again. This means you need to have a good understanding of sales. Most of these jobs are underground sales which require urgent attention.
Your job also requires you to be able to manage any techs or laborers that are under you , as well as be organized with your proposals you may write, be detailed in your communication with clients (both written and verbal ) and have great follow up skills with our clients as well as with our office staff to ensure a smooth work flow for the company and our client.
You MUST have EXCELLENT customer service skills and be able to educate our consumer as well as provide excellent communication.
You MUST have EXCELLENT communication skills not only with our clients but with your supervisor and the owner of the company .
You MUST NOT have any tardiness or attendance issues , since our clients rely on our field specialist to be at their home during their scheduled appointment time , especially during emergencies.
You MUST follow a rotating on call schedule.
You MUST have a clean appearance and wear our company provided uniform the correct way and maintain a clean appearance.
You MUST be able to delicate duties in a professional manner to those in your team.
You MUST have a team attitude and a drive to assist the company to reach monthly and yearly goals.
Experience in plumbing , construction or home improvement fields is a must .
