About the Role:

Join Mr. Rooter of McHenry as a Field Specialist and become an integral part of our dedicated plumbing team! With a focus on exceptional service and customer satisfaction, this role offers a dynamic work environment where you can showcase your skills and make a difference.

Responsibilities:

Perform Plumbing and Sewer Sales for residential and commercial clients.
Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced tools and techniques.
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Document all service activities and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance skills.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing certification preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience in residential and commercial settings.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with plumbing codes and regulations.
Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
