About the Role:

Join Mr. Rooter as a Plumbing Company Field Manager, where you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch plumbing services. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in our community while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and manage field staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Coordinate plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance projects from start to finish.
Train and mentor technicians to enhance skills and uphold company standards.
Monitor job sites for quality assurance and compliance with safety regulations.
Develop and implement strategies for improving service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory and equipment to ensure readiness for all plumbing tasks.
Act as a liaison between customers and the office to resolve issues and provide updates.
Prepare reports on team performance, service metrics, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience in plumbing management or a similar role.
Valid plumbing license and or relevant certifications preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
Proficient in scheduling, project management, and inventory control.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
